Decide on what kind of flowers to plant beforehand. Flowers bloom in varying seasons so you need to determine what kind of flower can withstand your place’s weather condition or climate. Remember that plants lifetime differs. Annual plants die each winter while perennials usually bloom for a month or two so choose wisely.

2. Buy good seeds.

You can purchase good flower seeds or plant seeds at stores and catalogues. You can begin your masterpiece by planting your seeds directly to the ground or sow in plant pots then transplant. Remember that good seeds yield good harvest.

3. Pick your garden location.

A site with a good soil is a plus. Keep your soil moist and make sure that your garden’s location is exposed to sunlight for at least 10-12 hours a day. This is to ensure that your flowers or plants will get the basic things they need to grow healthy and beautiful.

4. Be motivated.

Passion for flower gardening will fuel you to plant more and take care of it. One way of motivating yourself is to choose a garden site that is close to your door or your window so you can see and enjoy its view.
